At UGC PREP, we primarily provide digital notes and study material. However, if you place an order for printed notes, please read our shipping policy carefully.

Processing Time

  • All printed note orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We ship through reliable courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days within India (may vary depending on location).
  • Currently, we only ship within India.
