At UGC PREP, we provide digital products such as notes, PYQs, and study material. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if the digital product you purchased cannot be downloaded.
Refunds are also applicable if there is a technical issue in opening the file provided by us.

Non-Refundable Cases

Once the digital product has been successfully downloaded and accessed, no refund will be provided.
Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or accidental purchases.
